Narval spectre de la Comète 17P/Holmes

Le 23 octobre la comète P17/Holmes est passé d’une magnitude de 17 à une magnitude de 2, dans un spectaculaire épisode de jet, similaire à l’expérience Deep Impact.

Le TBL a pu observer le noyau cométaire à son pic d’intensité pendant la nuit du 24 octobre 2007 avec le spectropolarimètre Narval.

First tests of SPIP guiding with its interface

During the nights of April 8 and 9, the initial tests of SPIP guiding with its interface took place at the TBL (Télescope Bernard Lyot). These first tests proved promising. Additionally, some stars were successfully guided in VISION’s mode 3.

New Neo-Narval Fibers
